St. Andrew’s is a Church of England Primary and Nursery School in Streatham for children aged 3 -11 years.

St Andrew’s is a catholic school with every aspect of the school reflects this, so that by its very nature, the school contributes to the life of the Parish and the community.

By the whole ethos of the school, and also regularly coming together in prayer, school and class Masses, thematic assemblies and by concentrating on the important dates of the Liturgical year, we try to bring pupils to a knowledge of what it means to be Catholic, and a deepening awareness of the love of God, so that they may grow in their personal relationship with Him.

St. Andrew’s is a large, friendly school. We have a nursery and fourteen other classes staffed by talented and committed teachers who are well supported by our able team of teaching assistants. We also have an active governing body.

Our aim is to provide all children with a high quality education in both academic and social skills, in a stimulating and enjoyable manner and environment – to help them lead fulfilling, successful lives and to achieve their potential.

At St. Andrew’s we acknowledge the importance of parental involvement and provide many opportunities for you to join in the partnership with us. Parents are welcome to meet with teachers formally and informally to attend school events. Parents also receive regular newsletters to keep them informed.
