Candidate profiles

Hi, I’m 16 years old and I go to Lambeth Academy. I am a popular member of the school community. I’ve been elected as a member of the school council, and I was made a prefect. As a member of the school council I have had meetings with the governors to represent the views of my fellow students and improve health and safety around the school.

I am committed to improving youth clubs, and as a big football fan I want to provide more places where young people can play. I want to represent my borough too, as I have lived in Lambeth most of my life and I really care about the community and the young people who reside here. I am passionate about people’s views and opinions being voiced in an organised and democratic way.

I believe that my strengths, such as listening, communicating and general interaction, will help me to represent the young people of Lambeth in the most effective way.
