|The Junior Apprentice|
The Junior Apprentice, based on the hit television show 'The Apprentice' is a Business & Leadership project, which runs for an intensive 2 weeks across 6 London boroughs that is delivered to you by the Hebe Foundation. The course starts on Monday 3 August and places are filling up fast!
Between and 140 and 150 young people will battle it out over a series of team challenges (including Product Branding, Social Action, Buy & Sell, Creating a Business Enterprise) designed to develop, teach, and inspire each individual, while bringing forth the talents each one has in a fun, creative and safe way.
The young people have the opportunity to experience working within successful businesses, and interacting with the community, learning how to pitch, sell, create and market products among other things. Those aged 17 years and above also have the opportunity to be peer volunteer youth workers on the project.
Following the intensive 2 week activities, there will be on-going workshops, mentoring and work experience opportunities available throughout the year. We want to provide our young people with as many employment skills, confidence and valuable experiences as possible. This project is accredited.
See the Junior Apprentice 2015 leaflet for more information and how to join the course.
